Tim checked us in. He was amazing. He needs a raise. So friendly and professional and he went out of his way to welcome us after a long tiresome drive. Loved the pet bowls. It was nice that our pets were welcomed as guests. Loved the added touches of cream in the fridges, Starbucks coffee in the rooms. Beds were very comfy but we're definitely not Queens. More like doubles. Rooms smelled but we chalked it up to being an older building. AC was noisy. Loved having a restaurant in the hotel. We'd stay here again.
A great place to stop for a good night's sleep. Customer service is excellent. We had a booking incident which was sorted out efficiently. Comfortable and spacious lobby. Beautiful (and fully stocked) pool areas. Starbucks in house. Large restaurant. Meets or exceeds ALL expectations.
Stopped overnight on cross country road trip and had a great stay. This hotel is close to many services including gas, food and clothing stores. Restaurant on site was so convenient and pools looked amazing. Room was quiet and dark enough for a good sleep, bed was very comfortable too.
I have stayed at the water tower dozens of times and have never been let down. The packed lunches, excellent staff, and nice rooms make it the first place we check when travelling through. A little pricey though.
Very friendly staff, and extremely pet friendly. The people at the counter greeted our dog, and the room had bowls out for him, along with some treats. The pools provided an excellent way to unwind after a long day of driving! We ordered room service from the restaurant and pub, and they waived the delivery fee on one, since we ordered from both. A nice little surprise, which I returned in the tips. The food was great! Would definitely come again if we're in the area.
