This is our second time staying here. The rooms are a bit small but clean and modern. The TV isn't the greatest- no ordering a movie and relaxing after a long drive... the pool and spa area are very good. However on our second stay the spa was out of order. The complimentary breakfast isn't bad. They even offered vegetarian sausage patty which is cool. The complimentary coffee bar and infused water was great!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a beautiful property. Rooms were clean, amenities were great, no noise issues, big pool, gym and fulfilling breakfast in the morning. What makes this property even better is their great staff members. The front office team - Kassie and Krissy,- were very welcoming and gave us many great tips to make our experience in the city even better. We saw that they took extra time to ensure that all the guests were well taken care of. Amazing customer service and genuine hospitality! Overall, marvellous stay and great property that has everything that you need to enjoy your time at Sault Ste. Marie. Thank you!
Great reception service, big room, comfortable beds, wifi connection was fast, breakfast was great and just a beautiful hotel in general. It's also close to restaurants and shopping. Room was well decorated and set up, with everything we wanted in it. My favourite hotel so far!All in all, it was above standard for a fantastic price! Will be back if we're ever in the area.
Our experience at the Fairfield was amazing. Friendly staff who always smiled and acknowledged the guest. Rooms were clean and spotless. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast which is included was amazing. We would definitely go again and would highly recommend!
Hotel was OK but decor is starting to show its age. Staff were generally cheerful and helpful. There are better deals to be had in SSM with other hotels of equal or better quality. Be careful with your booking rate. I recently stayed 4 nights and was charged a higher rate for one of the evenings with no real explanation. The response wasn't satisfactory and I likely won't be staying here again. We are setting up a new office in the Sault so we will have many staff staying in the Sault for many nights starting this fall. Alas, none of my employees will be staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites.
