Don't be fooled by the great reviews here, would not go back ever or recommend to anyone! Upon opening your room door, you are greeted by a smell somewhere between wet towels and old carpets. Which is accurate as the towels were stained and the recent renovation seems to include only new furniture and bedding. The back door was broken and the floor grate was full of assorted gunk. The beds were also falling apart, you could see parts of them hanging out the bottom! The pool was poorly lit and in rough shape; the stairs were falling apart and the liner was coming off. It was also poorly lit and the entrance is in dire need of repair. The playground was so decrepit my children couldn't use it. The people in the room next to mine got bed bugs!!! So, just stay somewhere else, please!
Went on the closing day for 2018. And it was delicious !!!! I had the poutine. So good.
Very clean, very nice room. Not cramped. Walk-out patio doors to the rear. Cheerful flower planters full of begonias along the room fronts. Wi-Fi fast, worked smoothly. Arrived at midnight, and received quick, very friendly service. Offered me a rag to clean my bike windshield when I checked out this morning, and cheerful directions to ammenities and travel routes. I'll be back, for sure!
Friendly, welcoming concierge. Tidy, well-appointed rooms. Loved that we had a convenient walkout right to our car. Lots of amenities in the area nearby for food etc. Nice indoor pool to swim in on the premises. Prices very competitive for the motel stay. Would definitely stay here again when we're back in Sault Ste. Marie in future.
Very clean, updated rooms. Stayed here on trip north. On trio south drive extra two hours one day to stay here again, rather then end driving earlier that day. Nice pool, hot sauna, friendly staff. Near food places. Will stay again.
