Very clean and friendly! They have a great selection of high quality food and treats. The bonus is that they carry a lot of local products so not only are you supporting a local business but you're supporting our entire area! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on their products and will recommend something if you're unsure. They can special order requested products that they might not carry if possible! I only visit the Trunk Rd location but I don't imagine I'd be disappointed with the second location!
Staff member was extremely helpful and went out of her way to answer questions and provide suggestions for changing over dog food. Helped carry bags out as well!
Excellent customer service. Friendly, welcoming, exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with. If they don't have what you require they'll gladly order it in for you. Also have a customer reward program that helps you save money. Highly recommended.
