The nicest people with excellent knowledge and experience on all animals and creatures!We had a great sales lady who has alot of knowledge and experience, but she's now working at Pawn n Pets. Her name is Dawn!!!
We bought two snakes there. Both where sick. One had mites. Which I delt with before having worked at a pet store before. I got ride of the mites. He would not eat. I went in multiple times. They said he ate once so he will eat eventually. The second one through up her food every other time she ate. She passed away. They dont give store credit or reimburse. I would never shop there again. The staff was friendly. The big fish tank really needed cleaning. I would recommend a reptile breeder instead or kijiji.
Wonderful customer service, informative of the many brands that are available and best suit my pet. The food they recommended helped clear my puppys dry skin and the shampoo/conditioner that was recommended works amazing. Thank-you Foremost Pets!
Friendly knowledgeable staff that are eager to help out in anyway possible. Very nice to receive the personal help from a locally owned and operated business. Something that has been long lost with the franchise and big box stores. If you can't find what you're looking for the staff make the extra effort to get it in for you. Very much a pleasure to do business with.
Competitvely priced and the gentleman working there is nice and plain honest about the pros and cons of each dog food brand. Ill keep coming back for the rewards program too as other stores in the area dont offer this!
