Our experience with Joy and booking our Vacation to Canada was absolutely amazing! She planned out everything from the hotel, flights, and excursions were set and everything went smoothly minus our flights. Which was not there fault by any means and they were there through getting everything straighten out after a maintenance issue to the plane and it gave us such security knowing our travel agency was there to be sure we were having the time of our lives. I will most definitely be booking all of our future trips through Joy!
