Dirty and dingy, uncomfortable seating. Cannot see all stalls from inside, to know when busses are arriving or boarding for departure. Concession was 'closed' between 11:00-11:15, and could not purchase monthly pass -- busses depart at 11:15.

Pleasant staff and kiosk people are nice. I've had one bumpy ride in two months, no complaints.

Kudos to the drivers for doing a great job with some of the customers they have to deal with. Staff and, drivers are always on the ball.The station is great looking however the bathrooms appear to be neglected..
