As an American I wanted to see what Canadian Tire was like. I've heard about it. You can get things that they don't sell in the states. I love this store, and this chain. Will return someday hopefully.
Large store, typical Canadian Tire selection, friendly / helpful staff. Large parking area suitable for RV's or travel trailers around the edge. The parking can be busy at times.
IM disgusted with this stores customer's service. Awful service. IM not talking about one event either. I walked in to spend money on a pressure washer the guy I asked for help rolled his eyes and sighed. Another time I wanted to pay my Canadian tire credit card I asked a question at the front desk if I can pay my card here since their online service locks you out after 3 attempts. Long story short the lady was very bothered that I asked if I can pay my card in store and barely said anything to me. Lastly again a lady at the cash told me I can't use my points card because it's not registered. Well the damn thing is registered and she came off totally rude about it. Long story short I don't plan on buying anything from this store again nor do I have a credit card with this awful company. Rude customer service. 0/5
Having yourself a great day? Let Canadian Tire change that.. 10 million led lightbulbs but no water lines for a kitchen sink for weeks. The older staff is still helpful but the kids that are replacing them useless.. Way better selection at Lyons for plumbing anyways.
It's an "A" store. It's Canadian Tire. Good sale items otherwise prices are high. Keep your receipt because you will need it if you try to return anything even thought it is their brand. Go elsewhere for car repairs.
