Poor communication and lack of service. We booked for a couple's treatment last week for today. The therapist on the desk confirmed the latest they could do was 5.45. As hotel guests of Quattro she confirmed our room number. We arrived just before 5.45 to be told our booking was an hour ago. I asked why no one attempted to contact us and the excuse was as she didn't want to walk over to the hotel reception (not 3 meters away)No apology, no compensation, no offer to rebook. As we left extremely disappointed they lady we spoke with did not say a word.We are not locals we do not have a telephone to contact other than our phone in the hotel room. I had saved the appointment time in my phone as a reminder as soon as we booked it so not to forget. 4.45 and 5.45 are different sounding times also.I really am not one to leave reviews so disheartening, but this has been the worst experience my husband and I have ever encounted.Utterly disappointed, terrible service. Turns out other reviewers have shared simliar issues
Always a very pleasant experience with Uravi and her staff! Their customer service is top notch. Uravi is amazing with her threading and microblading services. She is always professional and she is a perfectionist with her craft. There is no other choice for me. Great job Uravi and staff!

I had my eyebrows microbladed from Irvi, she did an amazing job! Im so happy with them and that I dont have to pencil them in anymore. Highly recommended!
Not so great experience never recieved reminder email when phoned to make sure still had appointment with them the person I spoke with was trying to tell me that my appointment was a different day than I had booked than get to the appointment and running behind was a very rushed pedicure girl messed up one toe and tried to fix it and it got messed up even more didn't get everything that was to be included with the pedicures not a very good experience at all messed up on mothers pedicure as well
