From start to finish, our experience with RM Frolich Roof Systems was great! They were honest and fair and kept us well informed up front and during the roof replacement. Workers were very professional and kept our property clean and safe for our pets and the public.
The Frolich team was excellent. They built trust quickly by taking time to assess our needs completely. We were pleased with the GAF shingle product and their installation was the best you could get. The work site staff were competent, friendly, and conscientious . Very neat and tidy. The weather was cold but it did not deter good work. The cost of the job was on the high side but we knew that we were getting what we payed for, and was well worth it. We highly recommend them.
In these days help as they have provided was exemplary,no foul language, no loud music,a spirit of mutual co-operation and concern and certainly no goofing off.The workmen were coordinated effective and worked safely and the outside temperature reached 30 degrees C.They literary never stopped.I was absolutely impressed and the company stayed within their estimate.Would most certainly recommend.
We were very pleased with Frolich Roofing from beginning to end. The initial visit was quite professional and thorough. The quote was explained in detail and all aspects of the job and materials were explained. The crew did a great job and clean up was thorough.
I sent an email inquiry on a roof repair to several roofing companies at 11am this morning. I was contacted by only two companies. Frolichs had already reviewed the repair and quoted by 1:30pm, the other company said they couldn't do it. The repair was completed at 4pm. I never write reviews but I wanted to personally take the time to show appreciation and my respect to such a well oiled company . These guys are organized, quick, and do excellent work. Very impressed, nice to see a company with your type of professionalism. Thank you
