Great people and dogs every time that I've went. Maybe some bad dogs or people will be there now and again but all my visits with my 30lb corgi cross have been delightful!
I am there frequently, however it only functions about 200 days a year. It floods constantly. Every spring, every fall and every day it rains in the summer. It also has no water source other then disgusting standing water.I could fix this in 2-6 hours if my body functioned normally. Could be fixed with heavy machinery in a hour easily.
Well maintained. Bag dispenser full. Few benches to sit on. Dog dishes to fill with water but no running water. You need to bring your own. There are two areas. One for larger dogs. One for smaller dogs. Every time I brought my animal there I never had issues with aggressive animals and the other people were friendly.
Great dog park we found on the way to thunderbay. It has a divided section for large and small dogs and both have nice wide flat benches you can share with your poochie. Lovely place with lots of trees, very quiet with a picnic table in the front. Both sections are fully fenced with no holes.
Two fenced areas for dogs. One has a sign that reads for dogs under 25lbs only and vice versa. Im sure people make it a mixer.Plenty of parking.....and a wide sidewalk from most points to get to it. Plenty of trees and benches scattered about.No apparent access to water and the grass was quite longwhich spells Ticks in my book. I hope they cut it throughout the season. Huge flies but they only bother if one sits too long. Otherwise, awesome that there is an off leash dog park.Oh, and theres an animal shelter sharing the driveway.
