The head of security, Kevin and his team are very rude and do not care about customer experience st all. They go out of their way to drive away business by hiding behind bar policy rather then trying to accommodate new customers. Very disappointed, they should focus on gaining new business rather than pushing people away with poor customer service
Waitress tried to rip me off saying they don't take credit or debit cards and only accepted cash. When I said I didn't have cash, she said they would make an exception this one time.

I am rating this for the club experience. It is expensive and packed and sweaty and has little to no redeeming qualities.On the week nights, however, it becomes a nice quiet place for friends to drink and play pool.
