Had to get my car towed to the shop, went through CAA who sent Big Hook Towing. The driver (Martin) was awesome...he took the time to answer my questions,he was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. I honestly would recommend this company!
Rude. I waited over an hour for my vehicle to be towed. Called to see how much longer they would be and was told they had already showed up and attempted to call me. Impossible as I was with my car and holding my phone. Ended up needing to call a different company since they had other runs to do.
