Really friendly staff, assuming you're not up to trouble. They gave us a presentation about the bridge and took us for a tour across it, very informative!

I was helped by a friendly security guard and shown the processess I need in order to go into and back out of Canada. Stark contrast from the Mexico border where I was dogged by the guards and stared at, in a discriminatory fashion, by their border K-9's
Absolutely hated this toll experience. They do not accept any sort of debit or credit card at the booth. I had to surrender my driver license to the booth operator, who then directed me to "go to the ATM" to get cash and pointed me in the general direction of the IBA building. Get there, and it turns out they don't have an ATMhad to cross the street to use an ATM at a gas station. Got charged extra for using an ATM that isn't my bank's, of course. This was a terrible experience. IBA needs to get with modern society and process card payments.
