Ive been going to see Kathy Rowe, for several years. She has been thorough, down to earth, and has a great sense of humour. There has never been a long wait time, to get in, & never busy waiting room. She has now taken my newborn as a patient, as well... and I wouldnt want anyone else!
I needed an antibiotic REFILL my DR was away for 2 weeks and I was not about to head the SAH . So I called MY DR NOW looking for their earliest appt the next day. As it happens they were completely open and I got to pick my time. AWESOME. I was a few minutes early, but I was brought in right on time by the wonderfully friendly nurse and was in and out in a few minutes with my prescription REFILL. The telehealth Dr was so nice, explained things to me and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this walk in clinic. I was treated nicely as well as respectfully. What a great place to have here in SSM . Thank you all again for making my day a good experience .
I have always had a friendly voice answer the phone and I have always been able to get a same day appointment! Never waited more then 5 mins pasted my appointment time and Rachel is a great at what she does and always makes you feel comfortable! Thanks for everything Dawn Bullock
