Thanks so much to the crew at Catalyst CrossFit this week. I ended up in the Soo for a family emergency and they welcomed me with open arms all week long. Great workouts and a great bunch of people. Ever since coming to Catalyst I've noticed a huge difference in my fitness level. I'm doing things I would normally not do at other gyms such as the olympic lifts and burpees. I enjoy the atmosphere at the classes, everyone is so encouraging and uplifting! it makes my time at the gym fun. The coaches at Catalyst are very helpful and I've learned a lot from them whether it's correcting my form, helping me with double unders, or getting encouragement to keep going during a WOD. I'm happy to be apart of the Catalyst family.
